See in <br /> (Cont.) file with minutes, attendance record, reports etc. of the March 24, <br /> 1980 Adjourned Session of the 1980 Annual Town Meeting.) <br /> Mr. Friedman filed the Report of the Planning Board on Article 36 <br /> and stated that the Board unanimously supported this article. <br /> 9:50 P.M. <br /> Motion offered under Article 36 by Mr. Friedman, declared carried <br /> unanimously. 9:50 P.M. <br /> Article 2. David G. Williams moved that a report from the Conservation <br /> Commission be accepted and placed on file. <br /> Mr. Williams read the report. <br /> Carried Unanimously. 9:57 P.M. <br /> Article 37. Presented by Susan S. Solomon. <br /> MOTION: That the Conservation Commission be authorized to purchase <br /> or otherwise acquire, and the Selectmen be authorized to take by <br /> eminent domain, upon the written request of the Conservation <br /> Commission, for conservation purposes including outdoor recreation <br /> as provided by Section 8C of Chapter 40 of the General Laws, any <br /> fee, easement or conservation restriction as defined in Section 31 <br /> of Chapter 184 of the General Laws or other interest in all or any <br /> part of land shown as Lot 140C on Assessors' Property Map 64 and <br /> described in deed recorded in Middlesex South Registry of Deeds, <br /> Book 11704, page 193, now or formerly of Rowena Robinson, that the <br /> sum of $37,000.00 be appropriated for such land acquisition, and <br /> that to raise such amount $1,000.00 be transferred from the appropria- <br /> tion voted under Article 52 of the warrant for the 1974 Annual Town <br /> Meeting and $36,000.00 be transferred from the appropriation voted <br /> under Article 40 of the Warrant for the 1975 Annual Town Meeting. <br /> 9:58 P.M. <br /> Donald B. White stated that the Appropriation Committee supported <br /> this motion. 10 P.M. <br /> In response to a question by Warren Roberts, Mrs. Solomon stated <br /> that the appraisal figure was $37,000. <br /> Motion, as offered by Mrs. Solomon, declared carried unanimously. <br /> 10:01 P.M. <br /> Article 38. Presented by Francis W. K.
