86 <br />Blossom <br />Street <br />Hearing <br />Insurance <br />Report of <br />Snow <br />Storm <br />At 8:00 P.M. hearing was declared open on the re- <br />location of Blossom Street. <br />Mr. Paxton said that`:bhe only persons affected by <br />this relocation were Messra. Hutchinson and Corazzini. <br />The Hutehinsons- are in' Florida and Mr. Coraztini -did' n©t <br />care to appear. Mr. Paxton,said.that both have agreed <br />tb the takings. He said that the excavation hasbeeiā€¢ <br />done, and the water main has been installed. Mr. Paxton <br />said that the water main was going in and it presented <br />the opportunity to widen the street. <br />Mr. Saran moved that the order for the relocation <br />of Blossom Street be signed.. Mr. Sheldon seconded the <br />motion, and it was so voted. <br />Mr. Paxton informed the Board that, the Aircraft <br />and Motor Vehicle Policy will expire in March, through <br />the office of Elmer A. Lord & Company. <br />Mr. Rowse moved that the policy be renewed through <br />the same company. Mn- Sheldon seconded the motion, <br />and it.was so voted. <br />The matter of renewing the $60,000.00 policy expiring <br />on March 1, 1946, through the office of Edward W. Taylor, <br />was again considered. <br />The Chairman read.a letter from A. I. Carson stating <br />that he has been a life longresident of Lexipgton, is <br />an insurance broker, and devotes his entire time to the <br />insurance business. Mr. Carson stated that none of the <br />fire insurance under the Town Schedule has been presented <br />to him as Agentfor the Lumber4Mutual Fire Insurance <br />Company. <br />Mr. Rowse moved that the $60,000.00 policy, exp.ring <br />through the office of Edward W. Taylor on March 1, 194* <br />be renewed with the Lumber Mutual Fire Insurance Company <br />through its Agent, Mr.. A. I. Carson. Mr. Sarano seconded <br />the motion, and.it was so voted. <br />Mr. Sheldon asked for the expiration date of the <br />next policy. . <br />Mr. Paxton replied that there.was.a policy in thee <br />amount of 420,000.00 expiring Apri1.l4th, through the <br />office of Neil MoIntoeh.dho..is.no longer in the insurance <br />businese. <br />Mr. Sheldon moved that this policy be placed through <br />the office of 1..S._Coubtte, to beadded to his present <br />policy, making the total amount.of.inaurance with this <br />Agent $41,000.00. Mr. Rowse seconded the motion, and <br />it was so voted. <br />The Chairman asked Mr. Paxton if he would submit <br />a report to the Board as:a.matter of record on the <br />recent snow storm. -_Mr. Paxton gave a. resume. of the storm, <br />and the difficulties encountered, and agreed to submit <br />a detailed report. <br />
