436 <br />1 <br />D <br />n <br />Letter was received from the National Emergency <br />Fleeting. <br />Council advising that a meeting would be held at the <br />Parker House on Thursday, April 23rd, At 12 noon. All <br />the members stated that they would be unable to attend. <br />Election. <br />Warrant for the Primary Election to be held on <br />April 26th was signed by the Board, <br />The Board again discussed the matter of Selectmen's <br />Records. The Chairman asked the Board if they wished <br />Selectmen's <br />to continue the present method or to keep two sets of <br />Records., <br />records, one for the public and one for the members of <br />the Board. Messrs. Ross & Giroux thought that all the <br />records should be public. Mr. Potter thought that if. <br />two silts were kept that the Board might be criticized. <br />Mr. Giroux moved that the Selectmen's records include all <br />discussion and that these records be kept open to the <br />public at all times: Mr. Potter seconded the motion <br />and it was so voted. <br />Letter was received from Jasper A. Lane advising <br />Insurance. <br />that fire insurance policy under blanket schedule' <br />expired on May 3rd, 1936: It was decided to hold the <br />matter over for one week. <br />Mr. Clark moved that the following permits be granted; <br />Arthur A. Mr. Ross <br />Highway <br />suggested that Mr. Paxton and Mr. Trask be invited to <br />Grader. <br />appear before the Board next Tuesday evening and that <br />his secretary be requested to mail a copy of this letter <br />to each member of the Board.
