This was refer- <br />red to Mr. Gilcreast for his attention. <br />Letter was received from the Boar=d of Selectmen of <br />the Town of Belmont in which it was stated that they would <br />be represented at the County Commissioners hearing on Feb. <br />20, at 10 A.M. at which time the hearing; will be held on <br />the construction of Pleasant & Watertown Streets in Lexing- <br />ton, and Belmont will endeavor to have the extension into <br />Belmont consturcted also, under Chapter 90, General Laws. <br />The Chairman reported that the Town Engineer found <br />that the Bow Street sewer could be connected on the trunk <br />line sewer in East Lexington without further assessment , <br />and it was therefore voted to insert an article in the <br />Town IV"rrant to install a sevier in Cliffe Avenue, Bow St. <br />and Theresa Avenue, provided it could be done without fur- <br />ther assessment. <br />519 <br />Pleasant <br />St.hearing <br />Sewer, <br />Cliffe Ave. <br />Bids were received for the work at the house of Michael Bids,re- <br />E. Duffy, 7 Tewksbury Street as follows: pairs to <br />Duffy house <br />Edward H. Mara $55.80 and 30V a roll for paper <br />F. H. Tobin 45:00 it 20d ° " 11 e <br />L. C. Bentley 72.00 all including; paper. <br />It was left with the Chairman to check up on the number <br />of rolls of paper to be used so the definite cost could be <br />figured. <br />Application for insurance to be placed for the town <br />was receiv-d from Marguerite E. Walsh of 1508 Mass. Avenue. <br />It was decided to ac'Tnowled-;e the application and <br />place the same on file. <br />It was voted to lay upon the t-b7e the placement of <br />the insurance on the Shelales House located on the Cemetery <br />Property. <br />Edward W. Taylor, Chie' of the Fire Dept. came before <br />the Board and presented drawings of a proposed fire station <br />which he had made, shoriing a three door fire station. <br />In reference to the location on the Phelps property on <br />Bedford St. proposed b7'r the Board for a fire station, Mr. <br />Taylor agreed that this location was satisfactory and that <br />the turn at Elm Avenue and Bedford Street could be made by <br />the fire apparatus. <br />It was suggested that Mr. Ferguson take the drawings <br />' and make a study and recommend to the Board any changes he <br />may offer. <br />It was voted that the action of the Board taken at the <br />Insurance <br />Shelales <br />Hous e <br />Insurance <br />Drawings of <br />Fire Sta- <br />tion <br />
