Riffin. <br /> MOTION: That the Selectmen be and they hereby are <br /> authorized to purchase, take by eminent domain or <br /> otherwise acquire for"playground and recreation <br /> purposes all or any part of a parcel of land situated <br /> tothe south of the property at the southerly corner of <br /> Woburn and Lowell Streets and shown as Parcel A on <br /> "plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated September 2, <br /> 1958, by Fred A.
