Riffin. <br /> -MOTIOl : That the Selectmen be and they hereby are <br /> authorized to purchase, take by eminent domain or <br /> otherwise acquire for street and recreation purposes <br /> a parcel of land between Westview Street and Hartwell <br /> Avenue containing 1.61 acres and being shown as Lot 5 <br /> on "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated Dec. 16, <br /> 1960, by A. A. Miller and W. C. Nylander, recorded in - <br /> Nliddlesex South District Registry of Deeds in Book 9757- <br /> End as Plan 157 of 1961; and to raise and appropriate <br /> for the acquisition of said land the sum of $5,000.00. <br /> 9:08 P. Battin. <br /> Under Articles 63 and 64 ,I move to continue or to <br /> revive the Structure of Town Government Committee <br /> established under Article 49 of the Warrant for the 1966 <br /> Annual Town Meeting, and to recommit to said &ommittee <br /> for further study the question of a Selectmen-.Town <br /> Manager form of government, said Committee to report to <br /> a future Town Meeting, not later than the 1969 Annual-Town <br /> Meeting, its findings and recommendations thereon, in- <br /> cluding any legislation it desires to recommend to be <br /> filed or approved by the Town Meeting in relation thereto. <br /> 9:23 P.
