Patrick Goddard was hired for this position in <br />August. <br />HIGHLIGHTS: <br />Staff performed or oversaw contractors who completed the <br />following: <br />• Repaired the leaking roof at Cary Hall. <br />• Installed replacement vinyl window blinds in Town <br />Offices. <br />• Replaced the Cary Library air conditioning chiller, com- <br />pressor and operational controls. <br />• Assisted in repairs and changes to Cary Library heating <br />and air conditioning control system (energy management). <br />• Increased preventative maintenance to Library air -han- <br />dling equipment. <br />• Rebuilt Cary Hall heat condensate pumps. <br />• Installed Cary Hall and Cary Library chilled water system <br />freeze protection. <br />• Assisted with aftermath of flooding in the East Lexington <br />Library involving drying out carpeting, moving equipment <br />out, and getting building ready for winter. <br />• Assisted other Town staff in Munroe School oil spill clean- <br />up. <br />• Provided setups, cleanups, and scheduled coverage for <br />Cary Hall performances and rentals. <br />• Scheduled preventive maintenance and filter replacement <br />in mechanical equipment. <br />• Set up, tore down, and cleaned up for Town Meetings and <br />Town Voting. <br />continued on next page <br />2007 Annual Report, Town of Lexington Page 33 <br />
