F <br />Lr <br />SELECTMEN'S MEETING <br />August 23, 1988. <br />1A <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held on Tuesday, <br />August 23, 1988, in the Selectmen's Meeting Room, Town office Building, <br />at 7:40 a.m. Chairman Smith, Mr. Marshall Mr. Dailey Mr. McSweeney; <br />Mr. White, Town Manager; Mr. Cohen, Town Counsel, Mrs. Snow, Executive <br />Clerk, were present. <br />MINUTES <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve ■ as <br />presented the minutes of Selectmen's Meetings on July 11, July 13, July <br />14, July 25 (Executive Session), 19880 <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to execute a <br />Conservation Restriction over Lot 15, Pheasant Brook Estates, 28 Solomon <br />Pierce Road, DEQE File No. 201 -201. <br />CONSERVATION RESTRICTION <br />THEATRE LICENSES <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the <br />applications of Sack Theatre's Inc. for Sunday and Weekday Theatre <br />Licenses for Cinema I and Cinema II, 1794 Massachusetts Avenue, to <br />expire on August 31, 19890 <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 4 - 0 by roll call <br />vote, Mrs. Smith, Mr. Marshall, Mr. Dailey, Mr. McSweeney, to go into <br />Executive Session for discussion of matters of land negotiation, with no <br />intent to resume open session. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 8:31 <br />a.m. <br />A true record, Attest: <br />Marion H.
