SELECTMEN'S E MEETING 4 <br />August 15, 1988 <br />C <br />An adjourned session of the August 8, 1988, meeting of the Board of <br />Selectmen was held on Monday, August 15, 1988, in the Selectmen's <br />Meeting Room, Town Office Building, at 7:30 a.m. Chairman Smith. Mr. <br />Eddison, Mr. McSweeney; Mr. White, Town Manager; Mr. Cohen, Town <br />Counsel; Mrs. Snow, Executive Clerk, were present. Atty. Tom Spera, of <br />Palmer & Dodge also attended the meeting. Mr. Dailey joined the meeting <br />later. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 3 -0 by roll call <br />vote, Mrs. Smith, Mr. Eddison, Mr. McSweeney, to go into Executive <br />Session for discussion of land negotiations, with no intent to resume <br />open session. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 8:45 <br />a.m. <br />A true record, Attest: <br />Marion H. now <br />Executive Clerk <br />
