He requested the Board approval of a $21,.500 change order for work to <br />include sealing of all cracks, petromat placement, paving, coloring and r <br />lining of the court. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve Change <br />Order #2 under Contract #88-1, Street Paving, with Hiway Paving. Inc . , <br />in the amount of $21,500.00 <br />ENG M REPORT & PLANNING BOARD HOUSING REPORT <br />Planning Board members Martha Wood, Ellie Klauminzer, David <br />Williams. Karsten Sorensen and Planning Director Robert Bowyer met with <br />the Board for discussion of the draft Affordable Housing Feasibility <br />Report by Stockard & Engler and the Planning Boards Report on Progress <br />on Affordable Housing. <br />Mr. Eddison asked for the planning Board's reaction to the findings <br />of the Engler report. He noted that the Young Street and Nbnroe School <br />sites appeared to be most favorable fran an econanic standpoint. <br />Mr. Marshall thought it was good documentation of various <br />alternatives but that he had not reached any conclusions at that point. <br />He felt it would be premature to ask Town Meeting to make any decision <br />now without specific reccmendations and suggested f omation of an ad <br />hoc ccnnittee to address the study for that purpose. <br />Regarding the Draft Report on Progress on Affordable Housing, Mr. <br />Eddison felt that a sLurimary was needed to give a sense of what is being <br />proposed. He pointed out that the "bricklayers' proposal" had not been <br />included. <br />Mrs. Wood noted that the Planning Board feels that the report <br />represents a first step taward affordable housing goals. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve as <br />presented, the minutes of the Selectmen's Meeting on March 14, 1988 <br />1 1 � 1• 1 Y �1 <br />Mr. Eddison noted that in the proposed list of membership of the <br />Advisory Committee on Pine Meadows, no Recreation cammittee <br />representation had been included. He hoped that the new cammittee would <br />involve the Recreation Camnittee in its procedures. <br />Mrs. Marshall,, Chairman of the Recreation Cannittee . asked that the <br />Recreation Ccmdttee mimber be included so that same recreational <br />facilities, other than areas for walking, might be included in a <br />development proposal for Pine Meadows , <br />Donald Chisholm was added to the list of proposed s. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to appoint the <br />following as meambe~rs of the Advisory Czardttee on Pine Meadows: <br />William J.
