G/ <br />■ Selectmen's Meeting -3- April 6, 1988 <br />COMMITMENT i <br />OF WATER AND SEWER CTMRGES <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve <br />cammitment of the following <br />Final March Water Charges in the mount of $612.72 <br />Final March Sewer Charges in the amount of $642.80 <br />Miscellaneous Water Charges, April, in the amount of $25.00 <br />1st Quarter Sewer Service rental, Hanscom <br />SPECIAL OLY PICS GIMM <br />Mr. White reported on the request by General Skaff of Fort Devens <br />for use of the Battle Green on April 15 for torch lighting ceremonies <br />beginning a "Toroth Run's preceding the Massachusetts Special Olympics to <br />be held at Fort Devens from April 15 to 17. The 11:00 a.m, program on <br />the Green would last about 30 minutes. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the use <br />of the Battle Green on April 15, 1988, at 11:00 a.m, for a torch <br />lighting ceremony, as requested by Major General Joseph J. Skaff, <br />Cmr anding General,, Fort Devens. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5 - 0 by roll call <br />vote ■ Mr. Eddison, Mr. Marshall, Mr. Dailey. Mrs. Smith, Mr. MOSureeney, <br />to go into Executive Session for discussion of matters of litigation, <br />with no intent to resunne open session. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, <br />p.m. <br />,i <br />A true record, Attest: <br />it was voted to adjourn at 7:55 <br />Marion H.
