Avenue, <br />Mystic Valley orchestra, November 7, 1888 and February 27 Car <br />Memorial Hall , r r y <br />CONSERVATION RESTRICTIONS <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve a <br />conservation restriction and tram easement granted by the Baal Companies to <br />provide protection for on -site wetlands and the wooded buffer areas on the <br />north and east sides of the Ledgemont property and to ovide public access <br />p <br />to Hayden Woods conservation area, approved as to form by Town C_unsel. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve a <br />conservation restriction granted by John Hurd over the rear portion of his <br />lot at Pheasant Brook Estates for protection of the central Pheasant Brook <br />wetlands, approved as to form by Town Counsel, <br />ROTARY VOTECH HOUSE r' EMERALD STREET <br />Mr. McSweeney noted that the Rotary /VoTech ho - use on Emerald Street-was <br />near completion and suggested that - an open house be held on Sunday, November <br />- <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the plans - <br />for an open house at #8 Emerald Street and that all Town Meeting Members and <br />Town Officials be notified of the event. <br />The intent of the Board to transfer the Emerald Street property to <br />Le:: HAB was reaffirmed, so as to allow for advertising of the availability of <br />the low income rental unit. <br />PUBLIC INFORMATION SESSION SEWER WATER RATES <br />Mr. Eddison opened the Public Information Session on the proposed <br />increases in Sewer and Water Rates for FY87. Water Resources Authority water and sewer assessments.
