Theriault <br />It was the determination of the Board that the Theriault dog is a Dog Hearin <br />nuisance by reason o running loose in violation of . the Lexington Leash <br />Law. Mr. Po'liti recommended, and the Board voted, that the following <br />order be is to Mr. Thera cult <br />"The dog is to be confined on a run which is to be installed <br />on your property within ten 10 days of the date of this <br />letter. The dog-is to-be kept on this run or on a leash at <br />all times when she is outside your home. <br />If at the end of ten days of the date of this letter, the <br />run has not been installed, the dog will be removed-by the <br />Animal Control.
