25Z <br /> (ADJOURNED SESSION, A.T.M. , CONT. - MAY 13, 19911 <br /> 10:00 p.m. Selectman Eddison moved to take up Article <br /> 35 at this time. Following a voice vote, the Moderator <br /> declared Article 35 to be before the Meeting. <br /> ARTICLE 35 WOOD STREET LAND/MINUTEMAN NATIONAL PARK <br /> MOTION: That the discontinuance of <br /> Old Wood Street, so-balled, as <br /> described in the article, is hereby <br /> reconfirmed and that the Selectmen be <br /> and they hereby are authorized to <br /> Adopted - convey the Town's interest in the land <br /> See below described in the article to the Minute <br /> Man National Historical Park for one <br /> dollar and on such other terms as the <br /> Selectmen may determine. <br /> 10:01 p.m. Presented by Selectman Eddison. <br /> 10:04 p.m. Richard Canale, Planning Board, stated <br /> support. <br /> 10:07 p.m. Nancy Nelson, Superintendent of the Minute <br /> Man Park, presented information. <br /> Following a voice vote at 10:11 p.m. , the Moderator <br /> declared unanimous adoption of Article 35. <br /> 10:12 p.m. Leo McSweeney, Chairman of the Board of <br /> Selectmen, moved that the meeting be adjourned until <br /> Wednesday, May 15, 1996, at 7:30 p.m. , in Cary Hall. <br /> Following a voice vote at 10:12 p.m. , the Moderator <br /> declared the meeting to be adjourned. <br /> A true copy. <br /> -<-1) <br /> Attest: <br /> Bernice H.
