Cripps moved that the Planning Board Report on Article 46 <br /> be accepted and placed on file. <br /> Adopted unanimously. 9:40 P.M. <br /> Presented by Stephen B. Cripps. <br /> (See MOTION: That the Zoning By -law be amended as set forth in the <br /> below motion entitled "Motion for the Town Clerk " which is attached to the <br /> for Planning Board's report on this proposed amendment. <br /> adopted 9:40 P.M. <br /> motion) <br /> Mr. Cripps explained that the official motion under Article 46 <br /> as filed with the Town Clerk differed from the motion given to the <br /> Town Meeting Members, but only that it did not have explanations etc. <br /> 9:40 P.M. <br /> Mr. Cripps said that the Planning Board recommended approval of <br /> Article 46. 9:43 P.M. <br /> (Amend. Florence E. Connor moved that under 5.7.2 SATELLITE RECEIVING ANTENNA <br /> adopted) the words "or side yard" be removed in 5.7.2a and the words "or side " <br /> be removed in 5.7.2b1. <br /> 9:50 P.M. <br /> Robert A. Bowyer, Planning Director, gave a definition of side yard <br /> in answer to the confusion that had arisen over this definition. <br /> 9 :57 P.M. <br /> Mrs. Connor's motion to amend was declared adopted by voice vote. <br /> 10 P.M. <br /> Voice vote on main motion, as amended, was not unanimous, so a <br /> standing vote was taken as follows: <br /> Precinct In Favor Tellers Abstained Opposed <br /> 1 15 Nancy C.
