(Motion as attached to the Planning Board Report and as amended <br /> (Cont.) and as ado ted: (Cont.) <br /> A2) by inserting a new section: <br /> (As <br /> adopted) "5.7.2 SATELLITE RECEIVING ANTENNA <br /> a. A satellite receiving antenna is a device or instrument for <br /> the reception of television or other electronic communications <br /> broadcast or relayed from a satellite orbiting the earth. A satellite <br /> receiving antenna may not be erected in a residential district unless <br /> it is accessory to a residential or institutional use and it is <br /> located in a rear yard. r <br /> b. A satellite receiving antenna may be erected after the <br /> issuance of a building permit provided the following conditions <br /> are met: <br /> 1) The antenna is located in a rear yard but not within the <br /> required minimum set back set forth in Table 2. <br /> 2) The antenna shall be permanently secured to the ground. <br /> No antenna shall be installed on a building or on a <br /> portable or movable structure, such as a trailer. <br /> 3) Size: No antenna shall exceed an overall diameter of <br /> 12 feet or a height of 15 feet above the natural grade <br /> when measured to its uppermost point when in an up- <br /> right position. <br /> 4) Screening: The base of the antenna shall be screened <br /> from view from any abutting lot or from the street by <br /> an opaque fence, at least six feet high, or by planting <br /> providing comparable screening and opacity. <br /> 5) Appearance: The antenna shall be of a non- reflecting and <br /> inconspicuous color and compatible with the appearance and <br /> character of its surroundings. Uhrig, Chairman of the Planning Board, at the request <br /> of the proponent, moved that Article 49 be indefinitely postponed. <br /> Adopted unanimously. 10:04 P.M. <br /> Article 50. AMEND ZONING BY -LAW, WORTHEN ROAD <br /> RS to CD <br /> Lincoln P. Cole, Jr., Moderator, said that he had received a <br /> letter from Grace Chapel requesting that this article be withdrawn. <br /> Paul W. Marshall moved that Article 50 be indefinitely postponed. <br /> Adopted unanimously. 10 :05 P.M. <br /> Paul W.
