<br /> 11.1 OBJECTIFIES, APPLICABILITY
<br /> A2) In sub- section 11.2.1: a) in the third line of the first sentence,
<br /> by inserting after the words: ..."certificate of occupancy," ... the
<br /> words: "or petition for a variance," and in the second line by deleting
<br /> the word: ..."or"... after the words: ..."special permit"... and by
<br /> inserting a comma after the words ..."special permit"... in the second
<br /> line, so that the subsection 11.2.1, as amended will read:
<br /> (As
<br /> adopted) "11.2.1 Each application for a special permit with site plan
<br /> review or, where needed, for a building permit, special permit,
<br /> certificate of occupancy, or petition for a variance, shall be
<br /> accompanied by an off - street parking and loading plan showing :"
<br /> b) in subsection "a" by adding after the words: ..."loading bays,"...
<br /> the following: "which shall comply with this By -law and accepted
<br /> engineering practice," so that subsection "a ", as amended, will read:
<br /> "a. the number, location, elevation and dimensions of all
<br /> driveways, maneuvering spaces or aisles, parking spaces and loading
<br /> bays, which shall comply with this By -law and accepted engineering
<br /> practice."
<br /> c) in subsection "b" by inserting in the first line the words: "the
<br /> construction details and" before the words: ..."the location, size"...
<br /> so that subsection "'b ", as amended will read:
<br /> "b. the construction details and the location, size.and type of
<br /> materials for surface paving, drainage facilities, curbing or
<br /> wheel stops, trees, screening and lighting,"
<br /> d) by redesignating the existing subsection I 'd" to be ' "e" and by
<br /> inserting a new subsection, to read as follows:
<br /> "'d. where landscaping is to be provided, the species and size of
<br /> plant materials,' ";
<br /> A3) In subsection 11.3.2.d in the first sentence by deleting the
<br /> words ... "computed separately "... and inserting in place thereof the
<br /> words: "which shall be de-t.e:rmillod by computing the number of parking
<br /> spaces and loading bays required for the various individual uses and
<br /> by then adding those numbers including any fractional number. "; so
<br /> that the first sentence as amended will read:
<br /> "d. Where off- street parking or loading serves two or more
<br /> activities that are different types of uses, including two or more
<br /> activities that are part of the same principal use, the number of
<br /> spaces or bays provided shall be the sum of the requirements for
<br /> the various individual uses which shall'be determined by computing
<br /> the number of parking spaces and loading bays required for the
<br /> various individual uses and by then adding those numbers including
<br /> any fractional number."
