ZONING BY -LAW, ADJUSTMENTS OFF- STREET PARKING <br /> Karsten Sorensen moved that the report of the Planning Board on <br /> Article 42 be accepted and placed on f ile. <br /> Adopted unanimously. 10:17 P.M. <br /> Presented by Karsten Sorensen. <br /> (See MOTION: That the Zoning By -law be amended as set forth in the <br /> bottom motion entitled "Motion for the Town Clerk" which is attached to <br /> of page the Planning Board's report on this proposed amendment. <br /> for 10:17 P.M. <br /> adopted <br /> motion) Mr. Sorensen read the statement relative to the official motion <br /> filed with the Town Clerk which is different, because of explana- <br /> tions, from the motion for the Town Meeting Members. (See Page 28) <br /> 10 :18 P.M. <br /> Mr. Sorensen gave an explanation of his motion. 10:23 P.M. <br /> Richard A. Michelson moved that Article 42 be indefinitely postponed. <br /> (Indef. . 10:24 P.M. <br /> Post- <br /> pone Mr. Michelson explained because of possible litigation regarding an <br /> Lost) addition to the Mews Building on Muzzey Street, there should not be <br /> any changes made until next year or the year after so as not to <br /> complicate the issue. 9:25 P.M. <br /> Mr. Sorensen answered that the Mews Building in no way affects this <br /> article and added that the Planning Board wishes to go ahead with <br /> this article.. 10:26 P.M. <br /> i <br /> Ephraim Weiss asked if there would be any impact on a potential <br /> suit if the town meeting passed this by -law. Town Counsel, Norman <br /> P. Cohen answered that he had not seen any suit but could not see <br /> any impact. 10 :27 P.M. <br /> Mr. Michelson's motion to indefinitely postpone Article 42 was <br /> declared lost by voice vote. 10:27 P.M. <br /> Voice vote on the main motion was not unanimous, so a standing vote <br /> was taken as follows: <br /> Precinct In Favor Tellers Abstain Opposed <br /> 1 13 Nancy C.
