No motion was <br /> made to issue the Certificate of Compliance. <br /> 7:00 PM <br /> Issue Partial Certificate of Compliance: 24 Constitution Road, ViewPoint Cloud Permit# COC- <br /> 21-6, DEP4201-1052, BL# 1009 <br /> Ms. Samuels recused herself due to involvement with the property. The representative is <br /> requesting a Partial Certificate of Compliance. Ms. Mullins informed the Commission that the <br /> raingarden is not in compliance because a few hundred feet is not stabilized.
