6:47 PM <br /> Request for a One Year Extension to the Order of Conditions (3/31/2021 to 3/31/2022): 180 East <br /> Emerson Road, ViewPoint Cloud Permit# EXTO-21-5, DEP4201-1047, BL# 1004 <br /> On a motion by Ms. Ladd and seconded by Mr. Beuttell, the Commission voted 7-0 by roll call <br /> vote to approve the one year extension to the Order of Conditions. <br /> Record of vote as follows: <br /> Duke Bitsko —Aye <br /> Kevin Beuttell—Aye <br /> Alex Dohan—Aye <br /> Ruth Ladd—Aye <br /> David Langseth—Aye <br /> Holly Samuels —Aye <br /> Phil Hamilton—Aye <br /> 6:48 PM <br /> Insignificant Plan Change/Conservation Plan Modification: 18 Winthrop Road, ViewPoint Cloud <br /> Permit#CPM-21-6, DEP4201-1200, CNOI-20-30 <br /> Mr. Bill Erickson, Project Architect,presented before the Commission the request to shift the <br /> location of the rear addition as required per the Board of Appeals process. This request includes <br /> a reduction in the overall impervious surface area and a minimal increase (4.1 feet) in the <br /> distance from the deck to the wetland buffer zone. <br /> Mr. Michael Juliano, Project Engineer, confirmed for the Commission that the infiltration system <br /> will remain at the same elevation as well as remain the same size, even though there is a <br /> reduction in impervious surface. <br /> On a motion by Ms. Dohan and seconded by Ms. Ladd, the Commission voted 7-0 by roll call <br /> vote to approve the Insignificant Plan Change request. <br /> Record of vote as follows: <br /> Duke Bitsko —Aye <br /> Kevin Beuttell—Aye <br /> Alex Dohan—Aye <br /> Ruth Ladd—Aye <br /> David Langseth—Aye <br /> Holly Samuels —Aye <br /> Phil Hamilton—Aye <br /> 6:58 PM <br /> 2 <br />
