This request for an amendment to the Order of Conditions is due to the buyer of the house wanting more outside seating in the form of a wraparound porch on the front left corner of the house. Project Engineer Frederick Russell redesigned the rear infiltration system to accommodate the runoff from the additional impervious area, and did so by increasing the amount of stone surrounding the unit. Questions from the Commission: — Is the dimensional change related to the infiltration system, essentially making it two feet longer, reflected on the revised plan? Responses of the Applicant: — The bed was lengthened and the plan shows a 34 foot dimension that would have previously been 32 feet. Ms. Mullins brought to the attention of the Commission and Mr. Kirby that the distance from the side yard to the porch, 11.5 feet, may be from the original plan. The application for an Amended Order of Conditions does not go to the Zoning Board for review, so Ms. Mullins suggested that the Commission not close the hearing until that is resolved and confirmed. On a motion by Ms. Dohan and seconded by Ms. Ladd, the Commission voted 7-0 by roll call vote to continue the hearing to the January 19, 2021 meeting at the applicant's request.
