The applicant is requesting to alter the approved plan by expanding and <br /> changing the proposed emergency access driveway, expand the eastern driveway and install a <br /> crosswalk, portions of which are in the 100 foot buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland <br /> and 200 foot riverfront area. There will be an additional 221 square feet of impervious surface <br /> area. All areas proposed to be changed to impervious surface areas have been previously <br /> developed. No vegetation will be disturbed. <br /> Concerns of the Commission: <br /> - Clarification of the run-off rates. <br /> Response of the Applicant: <br /> - There are no control structures so the runoff rates are unaffected. <br /> On a motion by Ms. Ladd and seconded by Ms. Dohan, the Commission voted 5-0 to close the <br /> hearing. <br />
