Page 2. <br /> they would be willing to replace, free of expense to the <br /> town, the eleven are lights now situated off of Massachusetts <br /> Ave., with 52 incandescent lights, representing the same <br /> cost to the town. These new incandescent lights to be <br /> distributed at the discretion of the Select Tien, except <br /> that their distribution should not involve any expense upon <br /> the Electric Light Co. for extra poles. <br /> Hr.
