Lexington, 11"Irch 19 , 1906. FINUNCE COMIITTEE . The adjourned meeting of the Finance Committee was held in Carey 1-Tall , Thursday Evening , 41:1arch 19th, 23 members being present. ChairmanL77,r. INellington representingthe Cemetery Committee of the town, appeared before the Committee and recommended an appropriation of ' 200. to be made in addition to the balance of ,652. 56 left over from last year, in order to cover the expense ;which the Committee anticipate during the coming year. One of these expenses was a fence on the northwester- ly side of the cemetery , which had been needed for a good many years , and which the Committee hoped and expected to put in this year. It was voted that an appropriation of '#` 200. 5 for cemeter- ies for the ensuing year, should be recoLTL ended. Article 21. H. G. JanvTin appeared before the Committee in support of the appropriation asked for in Article 21 for the r-ork of Macadamizing Percy Road. In the previous meeting of the Finance Committee , it had. been decided to recoirnnend an indef- nite postponement of this Article , and at the present meeting after .:�'r.
