The Boston Gas Company will be <br /> installing a 600 foot linear gas line. The work involves excavating a two foot wide by three <br /> foot trench. All disturbed areas will be restored like in kind. Part of the project is exempt from <br /> regulations which is the portion of the gas line which is considered a minor project. There will <br /> be approx. 143 square feet of temporary impacts to Bordering Land Subject to Flooding and <br /> 802 square feet of temporary impacts to the Bordering Vegetated Wetland. <br /> Mr. Langseth, Ms. Dohan and Ms. Ladd had visited the site. <br /> Mr. Bitsko appreciated the photographic log which showed the gas lines. <br /> Mr. Bitsko asked if the trenches would be open overnight. Ms. Vesti stated that no there will <br /> be no overnight work. The trench will be opened and closed daily over the course of the <br /> project. <br /> Mr. Bitsko stated that the Commission will be asking for compost silt sacks. <br /> Ms. Mullins and Ms. Vesti clarified that the exempt portion of the project is not exempt under <br /> the town bylaw. <br /> On a motion by Ms. Ladd and seconded by Mr. Beuttell, the Commission voted 5-0 to issue a <br /> negative determination with conditions. <br /> Continued Public Meetings/Hearings <br /> DEP 4 201-1126 BL 1083 <br /> NOI, 6 Blinn Road <br /> Applicant: Lauren Dillon <br /> Project: Proposed raze and rebuild of a single family dwelling <br /> Request for continuance until August 19, 2019 at the applicant's request. <br />
