On a motion by Ms. Ladd and seconded by Mr. Wolk, the Commission voted 6-0 to issue a <br /> partial certificate of compliance pending a site visit by Ms. Mullins. <br /> Request for Certificate of Compliance: 6 Milk Street DEP 201-1039 BL 996 <br /> On a motion by Mr. Wolk and seconded by Ms. Ladd, the Commission voted 6-0 to issue the <br /> certificate of compliance pending a site visit by Ms. Mullins. <br /> Request for Certificate of Compliance: Clarke Middle School (17 Stedman Road) DEP 201- <br /> 1014, BL 971 <br /> The Commission will discuss at a later time. <br /> Request for Certificate of Compliance: Diamond Middle School (99 Hancock Street) DEP <br /> 201-1013, BL 970 <br /> The Commission will discuss at a later time. <br /> Request for Certificate of Compliance: Bowman Elementary School (9 Philip Road) DEP <br /> 201-1027, BL 985 <br /> The Commission will discuss at a later time. <br /> 4 Lake Street Restoration Follow Up <br /> Mr. Andrew Chan and Ms. Erica Downing presented before the Commission. <br /> Ms. Ladd stated that the current landscaping looks good and that the applicant's vegetation <br /> management should continue. <br /> Acting Chairman Langseth agreed. The Commission clarified that the vegetation management <br /> plan was not linked to the Order of Conditions issued in January of 2019. The Commission <br /> suggested amending the Order of Conditions to include the vegetation management. <br /> On a motion by Mr. Beuttell and seconded by Mr. Wolk, the Commission voted 5-0 to <br /> confirm that the applicants are complying with the vegetation management. <br /> Approve Meeting Minutes: 4-11-2019, 6-24-2019 <br /> The meeting minutes will be discussed at a later date. <br /> Review site visit scheduled for July 20, 2019 (meetingon n July 22, 2019) —include 6 Moon <br /> Hill Road <br />
