Ms. Ladd stated that the current landscaping looks good and that the applicant's vegetation management should continue. Acting Chairman Langseth agreed. The Commission clarified that the vegetation management plan was not linked to the Order of Conditions issued in January of 2019. The Commission suggested amending the Order of Conditions to include the vegetation management. On a motion by Mr. Beuttell and seconded by Mr. Wolk, the Commission voted 5-0 to confirm that the applicants are complying with the vegetation management.
