On a motion by Mr. Wolk and seconded by Mr. Bitsko,the Commission voted 5-0 to continue <br /> the hearing for 6 Blinn Road until August 19, 2019 at the applicant's request. <br /> DEP 201-1136 BL 1093 <br /> NOI, 5 Brook wood Road <br /> Applicant: Marc Saint Louis <br /> Project: Construction of a rear addition and front covered porch to an existing single family <br /> dwelling <br /> Mr. Marc Saint Louis presented before the Commission. <br /> Chairman Langseth read the engineering comments into the record. <br /> On a motion by Mr. Wolk and seconded by Ms. Ladd, the Commission voted 5-0 to close the <br /> hearing. <br /> Issue Order of Conditions: 5 Brookwood Rd, DEP 201-1136, BL 1093 (pending final <br /> favorable engineering comments and closing of hearing tonight <br /> On a motion by Mr. Wolk and seconded by Mr. Beuttell, the Commission voted 5-0 to issue <br /> the order of conditions. <br /> DEP 201-1039 BL 1096 <br /> NOI, 7 Kirtland Street <br /> Applicant: United States Army Corps of Engineers <br /> Project: New parking lot construction <br /> Mr. Ladd recused herself. <br /> Scott Sheehan presented before the Commission. Mr. Sheehan read a letter that was submitted <br /> to the Conservation Commission before the meeting. The letter reiterated that the Lexington <br /> Conservation Commission has limited jurisdiction over the conservation filing and laid out <br /> several options for moving forward. <br /> The Commission discussed the options laid out by Mr. Sheehan about how to best handle <br /> permitting the project procedurally. <br /> The Commission determined that the best option procedurally was to issue the order of <br /> conditions under the state act and not the Lexington town bylaws. <br /> Mr. Sheehan requested to withdraw the notice of intent application under the Lexington Town <br /> Bylaw while keeping the application filed under the State Act. <br /> On a motion by Mr. Beuttell and seconded by Mr. Wolk, the Commission voted 4-0 to close <br /> the hearing. <br />
