Mr. Sperduto <br /> presented the proposed foundation repair before the Commission. The current foundation is <br /> 18 inches below grade which currently positions it before the frost line. In order to repair the <br /> current foundation the contractor will need to dig a trench deep enough to access the <br /> foundation, attach piers and through hydraulics solidify the piers into place to allow the house <br /> to be lifted. The trench will be hand dug next to the deck in the rear.
