Several changes were made during the <br /> construction process that needed to be reviewed by the Engineering Department. During the construction <br /> process, the contractor hit ledge in the front yard area which caused them to move the <br /> retention basin. In doing so, the retaining wall was constructed as one wall as opposed to two <br /> smaller walls. A proposed patio in the rear was not constructed. <br /> Chairman Hamilton read the engineering memo into the record. <br /> Mr. Langseth agreed that the changes made during the construction process benefitted overall <br /> the resource areas however the applicant was supposed to ask for permission before the <br /> proposed changes were made. <br /> An abutter from 28 Oakmount Circle asked to confirm that the drainage areas were not altered <br /> during construction. <br />
