A rain garden will be installed in the rear of the dwelling. The remainder of the <br /> forestry on the property will be preserved. It is not that deep. The <br /> earth underneath the rain garden consists of sandy soils. <br /> Ms. Ladd asked if the engineering calculations rely on the functioning of the rain garden. <br /> Mr. Gala confirmed that they are relying on the rain garden. A total 2,400 sq. feet of surface <br /> area runoff is directed into the rain garden. <br /> Mr. Wolk asked if there is a basement proposed. <br /> Mr. Gala confirmed. <br /> Mr. Wolk asked what the elevation is of the proposed dwelling. <br />
