Maloney, Chairman <br />' Board of Selectmen <br />Town Office Building Re: Street Names & Acceptances <br />Lexington 73, Massachusetts Moore Realty Trust <br />Dear Mr. Maloney: <br />The Planning Board has discussed your October 1, 1958 <br />letter in regard to Mr. Moore's communication. The Planning <br />Board received from Mr. Moore -a similar letter concerning <br />street acceptances. <br />Burnham Road and Emerson Road from Adams Street to Vine Brook <br />are ready for acceptance as town ways. These roads are in <br />the "Burnham Farms, Section One" subdivision. <br />The Board sees no reason at this time why the remaining por- <br />tion of Emerson Road, including the box culvert, Thoreau Road.. <br />and Aloott Road, all of which are in the "Burnham Farms, Sec- <br />tion Two" subdivision, cannot be ready for acceptance at the <br />Annual Town Meeting. Before said ways are ready for accept- <br />ance, however, the work in said subdivision should be com- <br />pleted to the satisfaction of the Superintendent of Public <br />Works and the Town have obtained from Moore Realty Trust grants <br />of utilities and all necessary easements in Section Two. <br />' Portions of Crawford Road and Linmoor Terrace are in the "Han- <br />cock Heights Section Two" subdivision.
