9-22-58 <br />.2. <br />residence fronted did not constitute a private way , <br />under the Subdivision Control Law and so would not <br />be plowed of snow by the Town. <br />Mrs. Anderson left the meeting at 8:30 p.m. <br />at which time the Board considered further Mr. Me- <br />intosh's letter referred to above, drafting a reply <br />(see Addendum) based on Mr. Snow's memorandum and <br />sending a copy to Mrs. Anderson. <br />At 8:40 p.m. Mr. Stevens came to the meeting. <br />The Board considered next the following Form <br />FORMS A A applications for determination of Planning Board <br />jurisdiction: <br />#58-59, submitted September 18, 1958 by <br />Alfred P. Rix; plan <br />entitled "Subdivision of Land Court Case No. <br />18315 Land in Lexin"ton, Mass.", scale: 1" = <br />4012 mated Aug. 27, 1958, Miller & Nylander, <br />C.E.'s & Surveyors. <br />#58-61, submitted September 17, 1958 <br />by Leeland Construction Co.; plan entitled <br />"A Compiled Plan Land in Lexington, Mass.", I scale: 1" = 401, dated Aug. 21, 19581 Miller <br />& Nylander, C.E.'s 8- Surveyors. <br />#58-62, submitted September 18, 1958 by John <br />A. Grano for John A. Grano Garden Center, <br />Inc.; -clan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexing- <br />ton, Mass.", scale: 1 in. = 100 ft., dated <br />Sept. 2, 1958, Fred A. Joyce, Surveyor. <br />Upon motions duly made and seconded, it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: that the Lexington Planning Board determines <br />that the plans accompanying Form A applica- <br />tions #58-59 and #58-62 do not require <br />approval under the Subdivision Control Law, <br />and that said plans be so endorsed. <br />VOTED: that the Board determines that the plan accom- <br />panying Form A application #58-61 does not re- <br />quire approval under the Subdivision Control <br />Law, and that said plan be so endorsed with <br />the additional notation "Parcel A to be con- <br />veyed to the owner of lot marked 'Grace Chapel, <br />Inc.', and to become a part thereof." <br />Mr. Stevens left the meeting at 9:15 p.m. <br />
