Until this was done the Board <br />decided that the Section 3 plan should not be approved. <br />Action in regard to the Section 3 plan was held over for <br />the next meeting of the Board. <br />Excerpt fro -n. the Minutes of the November 13, 1956 meeting: <br />VOTED: that the definitive subdivision plan entitled <br />"Plan of Lots in Section Three, Robinson Hill, Lex- <br />ington, Mass. owned by Leeland Construction Co., <br />Inc., Camelia Place, Lexington," dated Aug. 17, 1956s <br />which was submitted to the Board by Leeland Con- <br />struction Co., Inc. on October 5, 1956s accompanied <br />by an application, Form C, dated October 2, 1956, be <br />and hereby is disapproved for the reasons that (a) <br />all easements over the property have not been shown <br />as required by the Rules and Regulations governing <br />the Subdivision of Land in Lexington, (b) names of <br />all abuttors are not shown as required by said Rules <br />and Regulations and (c ) the plan indicates an exist- <br />ing street in an area where no street exists. <br />In November 8, 1956 issue of the Lexington Minute -man, the <br />Board advertised a public hearing on its proposal to modify <br />its approval of the Robinson Hill, Section.Two subdivision <br />plan. In the Board's records is a copy of a post office <br />stamped form showing that a hearing notice, similar to the one <br />enclosed, was mailed to you and Mrs. McIntosh on November 16, <br />1956, as it was to all other abutting property owners. Mr. <br />McConchie of the Leeland Construction Co. was the only person <br />who attended the hearing which was held on the date as adver- <br />tised. <br />At a regular meeting of the Planning; Board held on February <br />18, 1957, the Board adopted a vote modifying the amending <br />its prior approval of the Robinson Hill Section Two plan. At <br />the same time a plan showing the modification, and a certificate <br />to accompany said plan, was signed by the Board. The Town <br />Counsel subsequently recorded the plan and certificate in the <br />Registry of Deeds and had necessary references made on the <br />Section Two plan as originally recorded. <br />Enclosed herewith are marked prints of plans which it is hoped <br />will explain to you more fully the action described above. <br />You no doubt have a print of the plan of ,your new lot, 17A, <br />with a frontage of 125 feet on Childs Road. The northeasterly <br />sideline of your lot is the southwesterly side line of Lot 5 <br />' over which Mrs. Anderson has a driveway easement to land of <br />the Leeland Construction Co. and thence to her residence. <br />Sheet 1 of 3 of the Robinson Hill Section Three plan shows the <br />
