PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />' September 22, 1958 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning <br />Board was held in the office of the Board, Town <br />Office Building, on Monday, September 22, 1958 at <br />7:40 p.m. Present were Chairman Grindle, Members <br />Burnell, Jaquith and Soule, and Planning Director <br />Snow. Town Counsel Stevens was also present from <br />8:40 to 9:15 p.m. <br />The Board approved the minutes of its Sep- MINUTES <br />tember 15, 1958 meeting. <br />Approved also by the Board were the follow- <br />ing bills which had been presented for payment: BILLS <br />Graphic Reproductions, Inc., white prints and <br />slide -44.15, $1.68 and X1.68; Terrence J. Boyle, <br />professional services, Sept. 15 through Sept. 19, <br />1958-490.00; replacement for petty cash --429.00; <br />Samuel P. Snow, August car allowance --$20.00; <br />Louise M. Baker, extra secretarial service, Sept. <br />11, 1958-4,5.00. <br />' Considered next was a letter, dated Sept. <br />, 195 <br />229, from Mr. Floyd R. McIntosh of 15 Childs <br />Road, said letter having been delivered to the <br />Planning Board office earlier in the day. In con- <br />nection with the situation referred to in said <br />letter and with the Board's later appointment with <br />Mrs. Anderson, the Board reviewed a memorandum Mr. <br />Snow had prepared setting forth a detailed account <br />of Planning Board action in regard to the Robinson <br />Hill, See. 3 subdivision and prior action approv- <br />ing and modifying the second section of the Robin- <br />son Hill development. <br />From 8:00 to 8:30 p.m. Mrs. Barbara B. Ander- <br />son met with the Board to discuss the driveway en- <br />trance to her residence, to request the removal of <br />the granite curb from the southeasterly side of the <br />Childs Road pavement, and to request the plowing of <br />snow from her driveway located between said pave- <br />ment and her residence. The Board reviewed with her <br />the details set forth in the memorandum referred to <br />above pointing out that the curb was installed as <br />one means of stopping people from crossing over private <br />land from Childs Road to Massachusetts Avenue. Mrs. <br />' Anderson was informed that the Board would not author- <br />ize the removal of the curb installation. She was in- <br />formed also that the driveway easement from Childs <br />Road to the Leeland Construction Co. land on which her <br />ROBINSON <br />HILL <br />SEC. 2 & 3 <br />ANDFRSON <br />
