u <br />6-16-58 <br />Town Counsel was asked to notify Mr. Glass of the <br />Board's decision and to prepare a new grant of ease- <br />ment for execution. <br />Discussed next with Mr. Stevens was Mr. <br />Moore's request that the Board approve the Burnham <br />Farms Section Two subdivision plan on the basis that <br />Mr. Moore be allowed to construct the roads in said <br />subdivision but not build any houses until such time <br />as a road was completed through the proposed third <br />section of the Burnham Farms development to Lowell <br />Street. The possibility of a restrictive agreement <br />and the terms of such an agreement were considered. <br />Mr. Stevens left the meeting at 10:15 p.m. <br />after a general discussion of various matters cur- <br />rently before the Board. <br />-2- <br />BURNHAM <br />FARMS <br />SEC. 2 <br />The Board then considered the notices of BOARD OF <br />petitions to be heard by the Board of Appeals on APPEALS <br />June 17, 1958. It was decided that no action be <br />taken on said petitions with the exception of those <br />of Fudge and McCormack. In regard to the latter <br />two cases, the Board drafted for the Chairman's sig- <br />nature letters to be sent to the Board of Appeals <br />setting forth the Planning Board's opposition to these <br />petitions and the reasons for said opposition.
