reaching completion and the rearrangement of other office <br />space imminent, the Board request that the present ' <br />Cemetery Commissioner's office be made available to the <br />Planning Board so that said office might be combined with <br />the Planning Board office into a suite for administrative <br />and planning purposes. The Board approved Vie draft of a <br />letter to be sent to the Selectmen in regard to said <br />matter. Re: "Plan of Land in <br />3 Paul Revere Road Lexington, Mass." <br />Lexington 73 Mass. dated Sept. 9, 1957, <br />Joseph W.Moore, Reg. <br />Dear Mr. Friel: Land Surveyor. <br />The Planning Board is returning herewith your <br />plan drawn on tracing cloth and referred to above, said <br />plan having been endorsed by the Board after having made <br />a determination that Lexington Planning Board approval <br />under the Subdivision Control Law is not required. <br />In making its determination, however, the Board <br />noted that the retained parcel composed of the remain- <br />ing parts of Lots 617 to 621, inclusive, is in violation <br />of Sec.
