PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />' October 15, 1957 <br />A regular meeting os' the Planning Board was held <br />in the Town Engineer's Room, Town Office Building, on <br />Tuesday, October 15, 1957 at 7:30 p.m. Present were <br />Chairman Grindle, Members Abbott, Burnell, Jaquith and <br />Soule and Planninm Director Snow. <br />Approved by the Board were the minutes of May <br />14, 21 and 28, 1956. <br />Approved also ?,,,ere three bills from Spaulding - <br />Moss for drafting supplies -41.80, $2.20 and $$.70. <br />The following norm A applications for deter- <br />mination of Planning Board jurisdiction were taken <br />under consideration: <br />#57-91, submitted October 14, 1957 by Gerard P. <br />Friel, for Dianne Estates, Inc.; plan entitled <br />"Plan of Land Lexington Mass.", scale 1" = 201, <br />dated Sept. 9, 1957, Joseph W. Moore, Reg. Land <br />Surveyor Bedford, Mass. <br />' #57-92, submitted October 14, 1957 by John <br />Carroll for the Town of Lexington; plan entitled <br />"Plan of Drain Easement between Garfield and <br />Poplar Sts. in Lexington, Mass.", dated June 1957j, <br />Richard J. Ga- er. , Town Engineer. <br />It was moved, seconded and unanimously <br />VOTED: that the plans accompanying applications <br />#57-91 and #57-92 be signed bearing the <br />endorsement "Lexington Planning Board <br />approval not required under subdivision <br />control law." <br />In regard to the plan accompanying application - <br />#57-91, it was decided to call to the attention of the <br />applicant the violation of the Lexington Zoning By-law <br />brought about by the rearrangement of existing lots, to <br />include information in regard to said violation in the <br />letter to said applicant, and to send a copy of said <br />letter to the Building Inspector.
