the condition that Mr. Snow communicate with Mrs. <br />Baskin and obtain her approval of said name. <br />HODGDON It was decided to communicate with Mr. <br />Hodgdon and inform him that at its next meeting <br />on June 24, 1957 the Board would meet with him and <br />his attorney at 8:30 p.m. in regard to his appli- <br />cation #57-49 for determination of Planning Board <br />jurisdiction. <br />BATTLE VIEW The Board took under consideration the <br />PARK application for approval of the Battle View Park <br />SEC. 2 Section II definitive plan, and decided that the <br />Battle View Park Realty Trust be requested to <br />comply with the third condition of the Preliminary <br />Subdivision Plan approval as referred to in the <br />March 2, 1957 minutes; namely, that a curve of <br />twenty-five feet radius be provided at the south- <br />westerly corner of the Perduyn lot at the inter- <br />section of Rumford Road and Woburn Street. Mr. <br />Snow was requested to confer with Superintendent <br />Gayer in regard to connecting the Rumford Road <br />drainage system to that in Woburn Street westerly <br />of Rumford Road. <br />EXPENSES As requested by the Board, the Planning Director ' <br />presented an itemized statement of 1957 Board ex- <br />penses to June 1, 1957 with reference to the 1957 <br />budget approved by said board and the Appropriation <br />Committee. The Board asked Mr. Snow to continue to <br />present for its review each momth itemized state- <br />ments of the board's expenses. <br />VACATION Wishing to maintain a summer schedule in <br />PERIODS which there would always be a quorum present, the <br />members of the Board indicated what months they <br />would be absent from the Planning Board meetings <br />through September 9. It was determined that <br />there would be a three-man quorum at all summer <br />meetings of the Board. <br />RULES AND At 8:30 p.m. the Board adjourned to Mr. <br />REGULATIONS Gri ndle's home to discuss Mr. Snow's recommenda- <br />tions to amend Lexington's Subdivision Rules and <br />Regulations. In addition to the 15 filing fee <br />required at present, it was decided to charge an <br />additional fee of $5 per lot for all subdivisions <br />having five or more lots. It was also decided to <br />amend Section II B of said rules and regulations, <br />the Board to discuss said recommendations at the <br />next meeting of the Board at which Mr. Stevens , <br />could be present.
