11 <br />'1 <br />1 <br />would hold a public hearing on these proposals to <br />amend the Subdivision Rules and Regulations. <br />Discussion next centered around progress of <br />the Planning Board's staff in preparation of a <br />Master Plan and the next step the Board would <br />make in completing said plan. On Mr. Snow's <br />recommendation it was decided that the Board <br />would make a detailed study of a plan to re -zone <br />land between Wood Street and Bedford Street for <br />light manufacturing and special commercial use. <br />Mr. Snow was asked to bring to the Board at its <br />next meeting maps that he had prepared of the <br />area involved and proposals for having a road <br />system to connect Wood and Bedford Streets and <br />Rout e 128. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m. <br />41,1. <br />Levi G. <br />Burnell, Jr. <br />Clerk <br />MASTER PLAN <br />
