Joe Leopore, 10 Longfellow Road, asked if the drainage on the property will change. He is <br /> concerned about flooding and drainage. MR. Hamilton explained that everything will continue to <br /> function in the same way. If the applicant wants to do any additional landscaping they will have <br /> to go to back to the commission. <br /> Motion to continue the hearing to 2/20/2018 at the applicant's request made by Mr. Wolk and <br /> seconded by Ms. Dohan. There are some slight changes to the Limit of Work line to <br /> make it consistent through the entire project. There is also a slight change in the in the shape and <br /> location of the infiltration system. The restrictive covenant has also been extended to all of the <br /> lots. <br /> Questions and comments from the Commission: <br /> The commission asked if the applicant could extend the Restrictive Covenant to the extend Limit <br /> of Work line. The applicant stated that they could do this. <br /> The commission stated that they applicant can remove the debris behind lot 10. They will add <br /> that as a condition. <br /> Motion to close the hearing made by Mr. Wolk and seconded by Mrs. Dohan.
