Part of <br /> that that has very steep slopes with wetlands at the toe of the slope. Beaver Brook also runs <br /> though the property and a wooded swamp. Mr. Arnold explained that he has delineated the <br /> wetlands on the site as well as the annual mean high water level. <br /> Questions and comments from the Commission: <br /> The commission discussed the definition of the mean annual high water level. They has also had <br /> questions about the channel widths and where the water is increasing. Based on observations <br /> made at a site visit on February 3, the commission had questions regarding the location of the <br /> mean annual high water line. <br /> The commission stated that they will need additional data sheets. <br /> The commission stated that they are thinking about getting a peer reviewer. <br /> Motion to continue the hearing to 2/20/2018 at the applicant's request made by Mr. Wolk and <br /> seconded by Ms. Dohan.
