(Variance) - denied unanimously. <br />Other action <br />The Board discussed with the Building Commissioner procedure with respect to <br />the need for variances of dimensional controls. <br />The Board agreed that variances can come to the Board of Appeals without first <br />receiving refusal of a building permit from the Building Department. <br />The Board confirmed the date, July 31, 1980, to receive further information <br />and reopen the hearing with respect to Boston Properties, 424 Bedford Street. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:58 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Evelyn F.
