Mabee as a member of the Board of Appeals for a <br />five-year term expiring May 31, 1985. <br />The Board also voted to appoint William C. Hays, 39 Locust Avenue, as <br />an Associate Member and to reappoint.Robert M. Gary, Eric Clarke, <br />William J. Scouler, Clarence D. Turner and Robert V.
