<br />for 1904, and that the location of the lights remain as they are.

<br />Voted, That for the purpose of procuring temporary loans to and,.
<br />for the use of the Town of Lexington in anticipation of taxes of the
<br />present municipal year, the Town Treasurer is hereby authorized to
<br />borrow from time to time with the approval of the Board of Select-
<br />men, and to execute and deliver the note or notes of the town
<br />therefor, payable within one year from the time the loan is made.
<br />All debts incurred under this vote shall be paid from the taxes of the
<br />present municipal year.
<br />ART. 16. Voted, That all taxes for 1904 be made payable Dec.
<br />lst, 1904, that an allowance of 4.%a for each full month be made for
<br />prior payment, that interest at the rate of 6% per annum be
<br />charged on all taxes paid after December 1, 1904, and that the Tax
<br />Collector be instructed to collect all taxes by June 1, 1005.
<br />ART. 17. On motion of H. H. Putnam it was
<br />Voted, That $800 be appropriated and assessed for the con-
<br />struction of sidewalks with concrete or other material, the abutter to
<br />pay one-half the expense thereof.

<br />Voted, That the town issue ten registered bonds of $1000 each,
<br />dated November 1, 1904, payable in twenty years from date and
