<br />4 <br /> <br /> 217 – 219 Massachusetts Ave - Update <br />Pursuant to 105 CMR 410.000 of the State Sanitary Code -Minimum Standards of <br />Human Habitation -John P. Garrity, P.J. Garrity <br /> <br />Ms. Belanger gave an overview of the housing code violation located at the residence 217 – 219 <br />Massachusetts Ave. Owner John Garrity attended the meeting and mentioned to the Board of <br />Health that all requested tasks had been completed. Mr. Garrity was instructed by the Board to <br />follow up with the Health Department for the status of the completion of closing out the permits. <br /> <br /> <br />229 Bedford St, Housing Update - Linna Ma <br /> <br /> <br />Ms. Belanger gave an update on the ongoing housing violations that were occurring for the <br />residence located at 229 Bedford St. <br />Ms. Belanger explained to the Board that there was an ongoing plumbing issue where the owner <br />Ms. Ma was having a difficult time trying to contract with a plumber to correct an issue at the <br />location. <br />Ms. Belanger did assure the Board that the Town plumbing inspector has recently spoken with a <br />plumber who is willing to complete the requested task. <br /> <br />Craft Food Halls – Update on Repeated violations and recommendation for food <br />Consultant - 3 Maguire Rd, 10 Maguire Rd, 1050 Waltham St - Courtney Steeves <br /> <br />Ms. McCartin gave a brief update from last month at the Board health meeting regarding the <br />repeated variance violation at Craft Food Hall. Ms. McCartin stated there are 3 locations in town, <br />3 Maguire, 10 Maguire, and 1050 Waltham Street. At the August 15, 2023, Board of Health <br />meeting Craft Food Hall told the Board that they would hire a food consultant who has Hazard <br />Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) food experience to review their HACCP plan and <br />make any corrections necessary and to do inspections on-site unannounced at each location. <br />Also, Craft Food Hall will be submitting monthly progress reports to the Board of Health. <br />Ms. McCartin expressed to the Board that the Health Department had to reach out a few times to <br />the establishments to get the HACCP plan for the 3 locations. <br />The Health Department still doesn't have a fully completed HACCP plan or a copy of the <br />contract with the consultant that they using. <br />Ms. McCartin also stated the consultant has yet to provide the Health Department with the <br />inspection report from the month of August. <br />The Board has discussed with Tyler Walsh who was an attendee representing Craft Food Hall <br />their concerns about the violations of the food code and the required process when issuing the <br />variance may result in revoking the variance at all 3 locations until the consultant has done their <br />work. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Fee Schedule update – Frozen Dessert
