Ms. Kelleher that waiving <br />the $50 permit fee would help keep the lunch costs low for the senior residents and promote more <br />variety in the vendor selection. On a motion by Dr. Perlmutter, the Board of Health voted to <br />approve the waiver request for the Senior Lunch Program, with the understanding that all permit <br />requirements will continue as before, including inspections if necessary and proper vetting. <br />Approval vote 4 to 0. Dr. Heiger-Bernays abstained. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Lab Animal Regulations first DRAFT – <br />Michelle Schatz – Consultant <br /> <br />Ms. Michelle Schatz, consultant with ABC Consulting, presented the first draft of the Lab <br />Animal Regulations. The Board of Health recommended edits and revisions and asked that a <br />second draft be presented at the next meeting for their review. <br /> <br /> <br />Variance Request - Body Art Practitioner, <br /> Code of Lexington, Article XVII, Body Art Establishment and Practitioners, 155- <br />129 F 2 -Allie Vincent <br /> <br />Ms. McCartin presented the variance request on behalf of Ms. Allie Vincent, applicant, for <br />approval of a Body Art Practitioner License without the required number of hours outlined in the <br />Code of Lexington. Ms. Vincent provided her reasons as to why the Board should approve the <br />variance request. The Board agreed that Ms. Vincent did not provide sufficient evidence to <br />support the request for a variance, and asked for documentation showing the number of <br />completed hours performing microblading services. <br />On a motion by Dr. Heiger-Bernays, the Board of Health voted to continue the variance request <br />until Ms. Vincent can provide the requested documentation for hands-on work related to <br />microblading. <br />Dr. Geller seconded the motion. <br />Approval unanimously <br /> <br />Variance Request – Hayden Ice Rink Snack Bar, Tricorn Café, 10 Lincoln St <br /> Food Code 4-301.12 Manual Warewashing, 2 bay sink -Victoria Tassone <br /> <br /> <br />Ms. McCartin gave the Board an update of the variance request for the Hayden Ice Rink snack <br />bar, tricorn café located at 10 Lincoln St. <br />Victoria Tassone attended the Board of Health meeting addressed the Board and explained the <br />process of how she will operate the kitchen using a 2 bay sink at the rink. <br />Dr. Heiger-Bernays made a motion to grant the Hayden Ice Rink Snack Bar Tricorn café at 10 <br />Lincoln Street variance for a manual ware washing 2 bay sinks. <br />Dr. Perlmutter seconded the motion <br />Approved unanimously. <br />
