<br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />Dr. Perlmutter made a motion to make the following changes to the fee schedule for permitting <br />to now have frozen desserts soft serve to be $50 and for frozen dessert manufacturers $200. <br />Dr. Tung seconded the motion. <br />Approval was unanimous. <br /> <br />Flu Clinic/ COVID vaccine update <br /> <br />Ms. Belanger provided the Board with the clinic schedule. <br />Ms. Belanger also announced to the Board the COVID-19 vaccine has been pre-ordered. <br />MS. Belanger also stated the Health Department will be at The Scottish Right Museum for the <br />Brookhaven Health Fair on 10/26/2023 <br />Tobacco Control Update <br /> <br />Ms. Belanger has informed the Board that there is now a new tobacco control inspector named <br />Brenda Makumbai. <br /> <br /> <br />Health Staff Reports <br />Staff provided their monthly reports. <br /> <br />Directors Report provided. <br /> <br />Correspondence/Information <br /> <br />Ms. Belanger provided the Board with the ZeroToGo Reusable Takeout Pilot Program <br />collaborative letter they will be sending out to more restaurants to get them to Collaborate with <br />them. <br />Ms. Belanger provided an arbovirus report and informed the Board the link to the state reports <br />regarding the viruses is provided on the Public Health page. <br /> <br />Ms. Belanger also discussed the Community Health Equity Survey that is posted on the Public <br />Health page. Asking the communities to participate by giving feedback. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Dr. Heiger-Bernays made a motion to adjourn at 8:40 p.m. <br />Dr. Perlmutter seconded the motion. <br />Approval unanimously <br />
