Open Forum (2 minutes per person, state your name and address) None Kudus for one of our own Dr. Burt Perlmutter will be resigning from the Board at the end of September 2023, after almost 27 years of service. Dr. Heiger-Bernays spoke of Dr Perlmutter's years on the Board. She also read letters sent to her from previous Health Directors as a tribute to him and to thank him for all that he has done to contribute to the health of the community and the promotion of public Health in Lexington. The Proclamation by the Select Board honoring Dr Perlmutter and his service to the Town was read aloud. Board members and staff thanked Dr Perlmutter for his time on the Board. Waiver Request– Senior Services, Senior Lunch Program - Michelle Kelleher, Senior Services Director -Melissa Interest, Human Services Director Ms. Michelle Kelleher, Senior Service Director, and Melissa Interest, Human Services Director, requested the Board of Health to waive the S5O temporary permit fee associated with the Senior Services Lunch Program.
