ARTICLE 14 ACCESSORY APARTMENTS <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law in accordance with the <br /> report and recommendations of the Accessory Apartment Committee, appointed <br /> pursuant to the vote under Article 5 of the Warrant for the 1981 Annual Town <br /> Meeting, as filed with the Town Clerk; or act in any other manner in relation <br /> thereto. <br /> (Inserted at the request of the Accessory Apartment Committee) <br /> DESCRIPTION: A summary of the report and recommendations of the Accessory <br /> Apartment Committee appears at page 36 of this Warrant. <br /> ARTICLE 15 SUBSTITUTE 2-FAMILY HOUSE FOR <br /> MORROW CROSSING UNITS <br /> To see if the Town will vote to accept the offer of Mark Moore, Jr. to provide <br /> the Town, acting through the Lexington Housing Authority or other non-profit <br /> organization, with an option to acquire a two-family housing unit on Bedford <br /> Street in lieu of two units at Morrow Crossing as voted under Article 77 of the <br /> Warrant for the 1979 Annual Town Meeting; or act in any other manner in relation <br /> thereto. <br /> (Inserted by the Board of Selectmen) <br /> DESCRIPTION: As part of a rezoning which allowed construction of the <br /> Morrow Crossing condominium development (Article 77 of 1979) , an option was <br /> created for the Lexington Housing Authority or other non-profit organiza- <br /> tion to buy two units. Since funds have not been available for the <br /> purchase of condominiums, the developer has offered to substitute a two- <br /> family house for purchase to fulfill his commitment. <br /> ARTICLE 16 REZONE SPENCER PROPERTY <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law by changing the district <br /> designation from RS - One Family Dwelling District to CD - Controlled Commercial <br /> and Industrial District, of land on the Northwesterly side of Waltham Street, <br /> commonly known as 87-89 Waltham Street (also known as the "Spencer Property") , <br /> bounded and described as follows: <br /> The land in Lexington with the building thereon, bounded and described as <br /> follows: <br /> SOUTHEASTERLY by Waltham Street, eighty-eight and 67/100 (88.67±) feet; <br /> SOUTHWESTERLY by land now or formerly of 99 Waltham Street Realty Trust, <br /> one hundred thirty-five and 9/10 (135.9±) feet; <br /> SOUTHEASTERLY By land now or formerly of 99 Waltham Street Realty Trust, <br /> fourteen and 5/10 (14.5±) feet; <br /> SOUTHWESTERLY by land now or formerly of 99 Waltham Street Realty Trust, <br /> forty-four and 4/10 (44.4±) feet, more or less; <br />
