The CD district requires the developer submit a site <br /> development and use plan for approval by the Town Meeting. <br /> ARTICLE 17 FEES - SEALER OF <br /> WEIGHTS/MEASURES <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend Article XXIV of the General By-Laws of the <br /> Town of Lexington by adding a new Section 3 thereto as follows: <br /> Section 3.
